Wedding Insurance… who knew there was such a thing?  My brother was in town from California with his fiancé and my wife and I tagged along so we could get a closer look at some of the venues here in St Augustine.  We love this town.  Any chance we get to see and learn more about St Augustine, we jump on the opportunity.  As we were being shown around a beautiful venue the subject of insurance came up as we were getting on an elevator with our “tour guide”.   Some venues we have learned require event insurance.  Anyway, as we were riding up the elevator, the venue’s employee jokingly said, “if only there was true wedding insurance made for brides”.  I don’t know why, but I was actually surprised by this.  I thought for sure, this was something that wedding professionals knew about, or at least knew it existed.  It was at this point I decided to start a series of blog posts to educate people.  So here you have it, an introduction to wedding insurance!
